Each book begins with simple, direct lesson that focuses on a specific short vowel sound ( a,e,i,o or u) , beginning blending practice and a small set of high-frequency sight words. These lessons are visually supported and developmental appropiate, allowing children to preview the sounds and words they will encounter in the story.

Your child will never have to rad something they haven't learned already.

EMBEDDED LESSONS PROGRESSION:

These mini lessons which begin by learning the alphabet, help develop a child's natural observation skills, and come in small pieces so that they remain interesting and desirable. Starting with learning 3 or 4 specific letters and their sounds and progressing to blending those sounds, learning sight words and finally reading all in one convenient little book.
